Encounter Diagnosis

The Encounter Diagnosis section includes endpoints that allow access to condition resources categorized under encounter-diagnosis as part of the US Core Condition Encounter Diagnosis Profile. These endpoints are used to retrieve patient diagnosis information during an encounter, including ICD-10-CM or SNOMED CT codes, clinical and verification status, and associated dates (onset, recorded, asserted, or abatement).
