Introduction

Edvak EHR’s Standardized API complies with the HL7® FHIR® R4 specification and fulfills the requirements of the ONC 2015 Edition Cures Update §170.315(g)(10). This API allows secure and standardized access to patient and population health data.
Base URLs for API Access
All API endpoints referenced in this documentation use one of the following base URLs:
Sandbox Environment
https://fhir-dev.edvak.com/fhir
For testing with synthetic data
Production Environment
https://fhir.edvak.com/fhir
For real patient data (production use)
Access to both environments requires valid credentials and a registered application.
