/AllergyIntolerance/{id}
Replaces the whole AllergyIntolerance with the body you send. This is a full replace, not a partial edit -- any field you leave out is removed.
The id in the body is required and must equal the {id} in the URL.
Send If-Match with the version you last read to avoid overwriting someone else's change. If the version has moved on, the server returns 409.
